The recipient can choose to pick up the mail at any post office (excluding mobile post offices).

After the parcel arrives at the convenience store, SF Express will send a SMS of "Self Pickup" to the recipient. When collecting the package, the customer must present the confirmation SMS sent by SF Express to the store staff for verification.

♦EF Locker

After the package is successfully placed in the locker, SF Express will send a SMS notification to the recipient with a pickup password. The customer can pick up the package with the pickup password.
The recipient must pick up the package within 1-2 days after the SMS is sent, otherwise it may cost additional charges.

∇Convenience Store/ Fuel Station
